How often do checks run?
Most eligible plans schedule checks every six hours after confirmed payment. Opportunity Shortlist Radar checks daily; the exact schedule appears before checkout. This is periodic monitoring, not continuous uptime coverage. An unavailable source is recorded as unverified; it is not automatically treated as a failure of your business.
What information can I use?
Use supported public HTTPS pages or feeds that you are authorized to monitor. Do not include passwords, access tokens, private customer information or confidential records. No website login is needed.
How does monthly billing work?
Available monitoring subscriptions use PayPal automatic monthly billing in USD until cancelled. The exact terms are shown before checkout. Your PayPal buyer email receives service notifications. Existing one-time services also offer their own payment choices.
Can I pause checks or cancel?
Manage checks and cancel future billing from your private dashboard. Pausing checks alone does not cancel the subscription. Review the terms shown for your plan before purchase.
Does monitoring guarantee an outcome?
No. Checks report evidence from supported sources. They do not guarantee sales, uninterrupted service, legal compliance, listing approval or compatibility with every system. Unusual payment or delivery problems may require support.

Keep your private monitoring access safe. Our purchase terms and support information explain how to get help with billing or delivery. Please do not share your private access token in public messages.
