# A small checklist for wallet-enabled agents

- Read public terms before connecting a wallet.
- Distinguish a free description, an unpaid quote, a signed authorization, and a finalized payment.
- Confirm the operator has authorized this specific purpose and budget, including fees.
- Check the exact origin, chain, token, recipient, amount and expiration independently.
- Generate your own private capability and preserve one idempotency key per intended payment.
- Keep credentials, authorizations and private receipt URLs out of logs, public pages and shared prompts.
- After interruption, recover the existing receipt; do not create a replacement payment.
- Treat a supporter acknowledgment as optional publication, not proof of who controlled the wallet.
