## Approved Record Correction Handoff

Turn a set of approved record corrections into a conditional update handoff. Submit the current snapshot and approved corrections using exact record and field labels. Values are text or null and compared exactly, including case and whitespace. Each ready update contains the required current value and replacement. Recheck that current value when applying an update. Missing, duplicated, or stale records are held. An already-current value is a no-op. This service produces a reviewable handoff from supplied data and does not edit your records or independently verify approvals. Use authorized, non-sensitive data. The report describes supplied records and does not change external systems.

## Change Window Exception Handoff

Reconcile an existing deployment freeze conflict list against recorded exception decisions. Supply zero to 80 conflict rows from Deployment Freeze Conflict Review or an equivalent source, along with the exact plan revision and up to 80 scoped decisions. For larger lists, keep all decisions for a conflict in the same batch. A covered row has one recorded approval for the same deployment, freeze and plan revision, with enough approved minutes. Use null minutes for pending, declined and revoked decisions. Distinct decision IDs that match the same conflict and plan are flagged as ambiguous. A repeated decision ID is rejected during input validation. The handoff identifies missing, stale, ambiguous or insufficient evidence. It does not recalculate windows, authenticate approvals, or authorize deployment. Use authorized, non-sensitive data. The report describes supplied records and does not change external systems.
