## Runbook Step Evidence Handoff

Check step evidence for one run of a declared runbook revision. Supply the exact run identifier, all required steps and their prerequisite links. A ready step needs one pass for the same run and revision, with every prerequisite ready and recorded at a strictly earlier sequence. Multiple matching observations for one step are ambiguous. A step with evidence only from another run or revision is held. Cyclic and unknown dependencies are rejected. This service evaluates the supplied record and does not execute a runbook or authorize a release. Use authorized, non-sensitive data. ## Meter Reading Correction Impact

See which consumption intervals change after approved meter reading corrections. Supply one device and channel, strictly ordered reading times on one clock and readings in whole units. A correction must match the device, channel, time and expected original value. The result compares only adjacent intervals that touch an applied correction. Mark explicit resets on the reading that follows the boundary. A reset or decrease leaves consumption unknown on that side of the comparison. This service produces a projection without changing readings, inferring rollovers or calculating charges. Use authorized, non-sensitive data.
