## Carrier Pickup Piece Scan Reconciliation

Reconcile parcel identities on a closed carrier pickup manifest against recorded scans. Supply unique piece and scan IDs, exact shipment, pickup and manifest revision, and complete scan coverage through close on one clock. The window includes its opening minute and excludes its closing minute. Provide the final state of each scan ID. A voided scan is a single record in its final state, not a separate cancellation event. A confirmed scan needs one accepted record in scope and complete coverage. Duplicate or conflicting evidence needs review. Missing scans are reported only with declared full coverage. This checks supplied scan records. It does not contact a carrier or establish physical possession. Use authorized, non-sensitive data. The report describes supplied records and does not change external systems.

## Sealed Sample Receipt Acknowledgment Reconciliation

Compare independently supplied dispatch and receipt records for sealed sample handoffs. Use opaque IDs for the handoff, sample, lot, revision and two custodians. Supply the declared seal and recipient-observed seal condition. Use one clock and complete receipt history through the review minute. Only one exact acknowledgment with an intact matching seal and a minute strictly after dispatch can reconcile a handoff. The due minute is inclusive. An acknowledgment with an uncertain handoff ID holds the matching sample and custodian scope. Late, conflicting, or missing evidence is flagged separately. This is a records comparison for quality operations. It cannot verify signatures, personal identity, seal authenticity or regulatory chain of custody. Use authorized, non-sensitive data.
