## Backup Restore Chain Handoff

Find the latest complete declared backup chain at or before a cutoff. Supply a dataset, stream and format revision with backup IDs, parent IDs, elapsed minutes and checkpoint labels. A full backup is a point snapshot without a parent. An incremental backup must start at its compatible parent’s declared end minute and checkpoint. Checkpoint labels are scoped to their declared minute and can recur at different times. A tie at the latest time is held as ambiguous. The service evaluates manifest metadata and leaves backup bytes, restore execution and actual recoverability unverified. Use authorized, non-sensitive data. ## Scheduled Job Blackout Replay Handoff

Prepare a replay review for scheduled occurrences affected by a declared blackout. Supply the current schedule revision, occurrences due on one clock, per-schedule blackout windows and outcomes with their observation times. Keep schedule and occurrence IDs stable across revisions. Windows include their start minute and exclude their end minute. A candidate needs one exact current occurrence and due-minute match, with no effect recorded through the review minute and explicit replay eligibility. A prior success, unresolved prior effect, stale evidence or active blackout holds replay. Confirm current state and authorization before acting.
